The risk of tree falls in DKI Jakarta poses a serious threat to public safety and infrastructure, especially during extreme weather. Current reporting systems are hindered by manual processes, slow bureaucracy, and a lack of technical validation, leading to subjective prioritization. This study develops the "Tree Alert System" (SSP), a digital platform built using the Waterfall model with PHP and MySQL. A descriptive qualitative approach is integrated via Arborsonic 3D Acoustic Tomograph data to scientifically map internal trunk decay not visible to the eye. This web-based system converts health audit results into automatic decision parameters. Results demonstrate that SSP successfully integrates Geotagging for precise location tracking and an Administrator Dashboard for real-time monitoring. By basing validation on technical variables like decay percentage and tilt angle, the verification process is accelerated from days to hours. Black Box Testing confirmed the validity of all system modules. Ultimately, the SSP implements digital transformation within the Jakarta Parks and Urban Forest Service, creating more responsive, transparent, and organized governance. This system serves as an effective disaster mitigation instrument to minimize life and material losses through synchronized technology and public policy.
