Abstract

This research focuses on developing a website-based ordering information system for the Dukung Pagi MSME as part of business digitalization efforts, aiming to improve efficiency and customer accessibility. The research approach includes analyzing user requirements, designing the interface using the User Centered Design (UCD) framework, and conducting functional and usability testing. The system is implemented using PHP and MySQL, with database management handled through phpMyAdmin. The findings show that the system helps streamline the ordering workflow, minimize errors in transactions, and enhance overall user experience. The application is expected to support MSMEs in optimizing online sales and expanding market reach
