Abstract

The development of the internet followed by the development of solular communication technology has encouraged the emergence of various mobile-based e-commerce services (mobile commerce) into society. With mobile-based ecommerce
technology,it is expected to increase the competitive advantageof PT. Java Footwear Sportindo by seeing the increasingly mobility of the community. With this research, namely designing mobile e-commerce and producing an effective strategy for PT. Java Footwear Sportindo to support the company's ongoing marketing process. The result of this research is that the company is ready
to implement m-commerce technology which will increase the company's competitiveness. With this m-commerce (mobile commerce) application, it is able to strengthen relations with agents and attract more consumers.
