Abstract

 

BPJS Ketenagakerjaan is a State-Owned Enterprise that serves social security participants in Indonesia. In this
study, researchers used the Delone & Mclean method which aims to test the complexity of the system, in this study
taking objects in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan branch Jakarta grogol with the system under study that is the service
system of e-claims with respondents taken as many as 100 people and the variables used in this study are the
information quality , system quality, service quality, intention to use, user satisfaction, use and net benefit. Each
variable has several questions in it: the total number of questions, there are 34 questions in the questionnaire
distributed by e-claim users and to determine the level of success of the system, the researcher uses the theory
proposed by DeLone & McLean (2003), by using several tests including validity test, reliability test, normality test,
multicollinearity test and regression test and the data collected was obtained from field reviews, interviews, and
distributing questionnaires at the office BPJS Ketenagakerjaan branch Jakarta grogol.
