PERANCANGAN APLIKASI PELAPORAN BARANG HILANG DI KRL COMMUTERLINE BERBASIS WEB

Abstract

Information technology in the current era of globalization occupies a very important and strategic position in
all sectors of life. This technology is widely used to help alleviate tasks that have been done by human workers.
Its development has also become increasingly rapid in the last few years, which makes it a necessity that cannot
be ruled out. One of the technologies needed by the Web-based Commuterline KRL company is the design of
missing goods reporting information. It is created in order to assist passengers in reporting the missing items to
the KRL Commuterline. The system development method used in this research is object-oriented method with the
Rapid Application Development (RAD) development model, while the data collection method uses interviews,
observation and literature study. The results of this study are in the form of a missing item reporting application
that passengers can use to report their lost items either online or directly to the nearest station. Passengers can also
control the status of the reports that have been made and officers can more easily search for lost items on the
Commuterline KRL.
